Where every word comes from
This site is built from a versioned corpus of primary sources: the regulation, its amendment, Commission guidance, case law and Spanish law, each captured with a checksum. Pages render from that corpus; nothing about the regulation is written from memory.
The citation contract
Every statement about the regulation carries a citation, and the build refuses to publish a claim without one. Citations point at the captured source documents and at EUR-Lex, never at our own renderings of them. Each citation shows its jurisdiction: EU for Union law, ES for Spanish regulation.
What may carry a claim
Authentic EU law, binding case law and national law can carry a claim on their own. Commission guidance is interpretation and is labelled as such. Consolidated texts are documentation tools with no legal effect. National regulator guidance never stands alone. Commentary and third-party explainers are consulted, never cited.
The consolidated text
Law pages show the consolidated version, because it is the only text that reflects the law as it applies after the 2026 amendment. It is not legally authentic, so every law page also cites the authentic act and reproduces the Publications Office notice.
Limitations
Some source material has no text layer: diagrams in regulator guidance, marking icons, form checkboxes. Where a rendering cannot show something, we say so rather than reconstruct it silently. Draft guidance is labelled as draft and treated as unsettled.

AstroKube engineers maintain the corpus and the site. We are engineers, not lawyers: nothing here is legal advice, and conformity assessment belongs to notified bodies and your counsel. If something looks wrong, write to us and we will check it against the sources.
